The Role: We have an opportunity for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our team at our Balgowlah store! Our ideal candidate will lead from the front in driving store performance and will develop their team to deliver outstanding results. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Manage all aspects of running the store Lead, coach and develop the team Provide an exceptional customer experience, through authentic and meaningful interactions with our customers Drive sales and ensure the achievement of all KPI's as set by the company Create an inspirational, supportive, and informative environment for your team Implement promotional & visual merchandising initiatives as directed by our VM team Ensure store operations and retail standards are implemented and maintained Create employee rosters and manages employee time recording/hours Processing and replenishing stock according to company standards Be an advocate of health and safety in the workplace What are we looking for?
